I will take the time to understand you, discussing your symptoms, general health, lifestyle, activities and how you currently feel.
I will carry out a detailed assessment and finish with some exploratory treatment. You will also be given specific exercises to start your journey to becoming the best version of yourself!
After the session, a report will be sent to you via email to detail the findings and a plan for your progression.

Bring any medical documents like previous Medical Reports/ Scans, Medical prescription lists.
Come with an open mindset to focus on yourself. I will address all aspects of your story. All questions asked are relevant to truly understand you.

Comfortable, flexible, active wear: Ideally shorts, sports bra, tshirt to be able to assess and see your body properly. It will be easier and saves time if the clothing can be easily removed.

You must cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours or before.
Deposits are non-refundable, you can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking. This must be scheduled within the timeframe of 2 months, otherwise you will lose the deposit. If you are unable to reschedule, please contact me.
