About me
Over the many years of being an Osteopath, I have looked after a wide range of patients from; acute and chronic issues, gamers, office workers, professional and regular athletes, dancers, runners, pregnant women, children, elderly, builders and many more.
I have had the opportunity to help NHS patients working closely with GP’s in a clinical practice and worked in various clinics across London, Oxford, Wiltshire and the Cotswolds.
My core belief is to understand ‘You’ as a person; addressing not only the physical issues, but also the multiple factors of your lifestyle; activities, sleep, diet and mental state to ultimately bring balance and happiness to the mind, body and soul.
Using my own experience of playing high level sports like Rugby, Tennis, Lacrosse, Football and weight training. I have been able to combine my knowledge of sports, weight training, functional movement and Osteopathy to prepare the body consistently to help prevent injuries.
My parents come from Hong Kong and I was born in the UK; so my views on healthcare are comprehensive and I encourage the collaboration of alternative and conventional medicine to achieve the best results.
As a keen traveller and food fanatic, I have been very lucky to visit many countries in the world. My fascination with and exposure to various cultures have allowed me to observe and experience different lifestyles, activities, and diets, giving me a deeper understanding of their impact on people's lives.
